America’s job creators thrive when there is greater freedom and America’s workers thrive when they are free to deal directly with their employers.

As written, the WDA has many different parts to it that are dangerous to actual workplace democracy, as well as the overall well-being of our nation’s jobs.

- Attacks Small Businesses & Entrepreneurs
- Eliminates Secret-Ballot Elections
- Forces Workers To Pay Union Fees In All 50 States
- Restricts Free Speech
- Mandates Government-Imposed Contracts
